  The staff in the hotel is very nice. I had some problems with the France express, and the guy in the front desk helped me to call the service center for almost half an hour. The breakfast is delicious and the manager is very kind in serving and offering help. Quiet place, also near the metro so very convenient. The man working at the front desk even moved his car and gave me his parking spot for our entire 3 night stay.

  The location was fantastic, 15 minute walk to the L'arc De Triomphe and a Metro stop almost right outside, plus great patisseries and restaurants right on the doorstop. The staff were fantastic and the room was comfortable, clean and very modern in its decoration.   The Location was great when travelling with the Ryanair shuttle bus,also there were lots of nice restaurants, cafe's, and mini-marketslocated around the hotel. The club room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and modern, the toiletries were lovely and the towels were changed daily.   Great location and helpful staff. The rooms are tiny by American standards but they have efficiently included everything one needs. The bathroom was clean, well appointed, had excellent water pressure and a comfortable deep tub (with bath salts!). I loved the Nespresso machine in the closet and the little fold out desk.
