  The staff in the hotel is very nice. I had some problems with the France express, and the guy in the front desk helped me to call the service center for almost half an hour. The breakfast is delicious and the manager is very kind in serving and offering help. Quiet place, also near the metro so very convenient. The man working at the front desk even moved his car and gave me his parking spot for our entire 3 night stay.

Breakfast was perfect with a great variety of choices: 4-5 kinds of cheese, boiled eggs, meats, orange/grape juice, different types of bread/bagels/croissants, jams, butters, coffee.   We liked that it is just by the metro station. There is a great bakery across the metro entrance.   The location was fantastic, 15 minute walk to the L'arc De Triomphe and a Metro stop almost right outside, plus great patisseries and restaurants right on the doorstop. The staff were fantastic and the room was comfortable, clean and very modern in its decoration.   The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy. The room was great, there was a well-stocked minibar (I didn't check the prices, though), and the bed was comfortable and (again) very clean. Absolutely no complaints in this department. The location was great for me - It is very close to Porte Maillot, which is where the buses from Beauvais Airport come to... hva folk sier » and leave from (this is the main reason I chose the hotel in the first place). It is so close that you can walk to Porte Maillot in about 2 minutes, - Cleanliness was excellent, Hakim and the rest of staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious compared to paris rooms sizes, many shops and restaurants just downstairs and metro is just 10 minutes walk. I just wish if they had a kettle in the rooms

  The location was great. Only 5 minute walk from Arc De Triomphe, and the nearest metro is at the end of the street, 4 minute walk. The hotel is small yet comfortable. Cute lounge area where breakfast is served and extra clean bathrooms on each floor. Bathroom is clean modern and nicely designed.
