Budget friendly, family friendly, lots of parking

The internet was very poor. We could only get reception in the public areas. The kitchen is not equipped and you have to ask reception for the kitchen equipment. There is a deposit and we were not provided with enough for the people in the room. We also left a tshirt behind that was purchased as a momento of our oe and emailed the hotel but have never heard back.

we liked posibility to have two levels for sleeping and siting, wich is good when with kids, option to use kichen. Lovely wiews - breakfast is great too.

Location is of the town.

We had a comfortable room with good bathroom. It was good and functional.

Being there in hot August with no air conditioning made for a restless sleep

The wifi on the 3rd floor was non existent No A.C. (temperatures were mid 30sC)

Clean, new furniture; good value for money. A few minutes drive from Epernay city center.

wifi not very stable, it works fine in the main building but not if you're staying in one of the remote buildings/rooms.

Very nice and comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are cooking facilities in the rooms and crockery and utensils available if you ask. Not in the center of town but walkable and parking can be found in town.

We have no complaints, though I believe it could get noisy in the hall way of a night due to the "fire doors" that protect the halls!

The staff were friendly and helpful, out of town location with ample free parking. Short distance to centre of Epernay with large car park (free after 7:00pm). The building appeared quite new with good sized rooms.

We were surprised by the amount of space, it really was a suite with a small kitchen and dinning area, unfortunately there were no utensils or crockery which seemed to defeat the object somewhat!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had lots of room and the beds were great.

The location is a bit confusing - our GPS had a hard time finding the address and we had to call for directions. The directions we got weren't great, so we had to stop twice to ask for additional directions at a gas station. We ended up buying a map, which allowed us to finally find the hotel.

No TV in our room, no phone also, no air conditionning. These points looks very strange for this supposed hotel class level. Certainly not acceptable. Breakfast room not friendly, need improvement.

The staff

The facilities were incomplete. There was a kitchen but no utensils. The beds were average at best. The closets were upstairs but facilities were downstairs and we could not get the suitcases upstairs. The halls had motion activated lights that were unacceptably latte in coming on. The breakfast, we paid extra for was adequate but the coffee was abysmal.

24/7 reception

Everything looked and feeled super cheap & low budget. [While paying 100€/night ] Staff -= only 1 man for about 200 appartments and reception even in another building? Interior was cheap and rather outdated. They even used our email for advertising purposes when we wanted tu use the internet. We asked for a double bed and got twin beds. I would not advise to stay here.

cheap materials used throughout the property including construction materials and furniture resulting in noise not replacing dirty towels inadequate heating equipment breakfast room messy and disorganized rooms in separate buildings away from reception and breakfast room

The appartments are very centrally located, nearby the Avenue the Champagne with the well known champagnehouses.

There are no facilities in the room (no drinking glasses, no cutlery, no dishes).
