Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Cité. Staff were most helpful and the shuttle service to the hotel from car park was marvellous. A great holiday experience! - The beautiful view from our room. We stayed in Room 9 so you can see the Ramparts from your room. Also very beautiful with wood beam ceilings.

We loved the location and our "cottage" unit. It was so
relaxing, roomy, and very nice. The patio area was nice as well. We
loved the kitchen, floors, design, and the large windows that opened up
to the patio.

Location, helpful staff, fantstic air conditioning in my room ( but not
all rooms have this available apparently). 1 block away at the park is a
bus for 1 euroor the petite train for 3 euros to take one to the castle.
Bnp ( Bank of america bank about 3 or 4 blocks away). The hotel is 1
block from the train station right across the canal and my room was
nicely quiet.

Visited in May by car. The reception staff was genuinely warm and helpful. Request a room with a view of Carcassonne. At night the fortress is bathed in soft light.
