  We took a gamble on this property as there were no reviews but it was definitely worth it. Ideally located between the newer part of town and the Cite, minutes walk from the river and the footbridge that crosses to the Cite. Martine was extremely helpful and despite our limited understanding of French we generally managed to understand her instructions and advice.
