  I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. They wrote that parking has to be paid extra in the description, but it's free on weekends. Payment required Mo-Fr... hva folk sier » until 6 pm only. We parked for free right next to the entrance for free over the weekend. - I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre.   I stayed in this hotel only for one night, but I really appreciate, that I got without problems early breakfast, when I had to leave earlier in the morning. - gluten free menu for breakfest was important ; this hotel is very comfortable.

  The staff were excellent, as were the buffets and dinners, the lounge is very comfortable and cozy and the grounds are wonderful. Beautiful setting and the nearby castles were a joy to eperience. - The view. And the breakfast was ok.

  The hotel position is great just few blocks away from central station. Staff was kind and room clean, comfortable and soundproof, though the hotel is located directly on the street and just above the pub. After check out they were also so kink to keep our (cabin size) luggage for the morning. Excellent value for money right in the heart of Helsi... hva folk sier » nki. Free wifi connection - It was easy to find, although the signs were subtle. Comfortable beds, quiet even though with the window open down to the street. Vending machine had free or almost free bottle water. Little store nearby with hot food even at night made up for no room service. Big bathroom and shower.

  The location is superb; it's right next to central train station, and it's also the final stop of Finnair airport shuttle bus (30 min.ride; driver can take credit cards). Right next to the main train station/metro and facing an open bus staion - yet without any of that sleaziness that infects European train/bus stations. Finns are just too nice to be sleazy and are also darn good-looking!!! They have to be the handsomest race I have ever or will ever see.
