Reception desk works until 11pm.
We weren`t able to come before 11pm, and wrote an e-mail about it to hotel, they send us number and passcode to keybox where I`d found my key when we managed to get there. It was nice.

Conveniently located with respect to downtown, restaurants, waterfront, public transit. Accommodation was basic but functional (i.e. this is neither a luxury nor a business hotel). The hotel is very conveniently located, right by the bay area. The breakfast was great and the hotel allowed us to borrow bikes for free, which was wonderful. The lobby staff was mostly great (varied a lot from person to person). Also, free wifi! -
