Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious!

The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. The design of the room was just perfect... We wished we could have notleft! Modern Nordic design even in the wooden bathroom. Ahjo lounge barwas really good. Staff very pro and helpful (latest is rare in Finland).And the breakfast in the bedroom was amazing. Very good impression forthis hotel. Honestly for knowing the other 4/5 stars hotels around:

Location for attending the Flow Rock Festival (saw incredible Kraftwerk!!) and for bus travel to/from the airport was unbeatable.
Right next to the main train station/metro and facing an open bus staion - yet without any of that sleaziness that infects European train/bus stations.
Finns are just too nice to be sleazy and are also darn good-looking!!! They have to be the handsomest race I have ever or will ever see.

Everything was arranged as promissed. We camo very late, but code to the door was send by e-mail and SMS (that was very convenient). Pica bar downstairs was exelent place for late dinner. We benefited having tea in room, as we where traveling with kids. just value for money if you want location cose to center. It is a lot of place for parking just

The hotel is situated in the historical heart of the city, so it's easy to get wherever you want. There's a pizzeria on the ground floor and many shopping centers nearby.
The room was not very big, but it has two separated areas, for sleeping and for dining.
There's no kitchen, but you can warm up pre-cooked meals (there are plenty of them in the supermarket) in the microwave.
