- The staff was great, since before our trip they were all very nice, answered emails and gave us all the attention we need it to make our time there easy and comfortable.
- Location it is perfect, right in the middle of the town, close to everything.
(It can be trick to get by car, but they will give you all the information and you'll make it.)

The apartment was wonderful. Best kitchen I've seen while traveling. Comfortable and clean. Easy walk to Zagreb sights. Roman, the proprietor, was amazing. He met our every need. This was a fabulous place and I will recommend it to everyone planning a trip to Zagreb. -

This is a relatively new hotel. ALthough it is is a little out of town it is good if you want to experience life in a more authentic local setting. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms with good air con and very comfy beds. Great bathroom. The restaurant downstairs had a very good menu and great tasting food, we only wanted a small meal having eaten lunch already, and you could order smaller portions of many things on the menu. 10% was offered to hotel guests plus a free dessert! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great. I could tell that the people who run this hotel really care about the hotel and the guests. It was a perfect and restful night's sleep for a layover in Zagreb.

We liked it very much. It's located inside the center so you can walk to every interest spot. And if you wish, it's very close to a main square tram station and also not to far from the train station. The rooms are pretty, rather clean. The staff was always kind and patient. full of bars, cafés and restaurants and all day long is full of people
drinking coffe or beer or just hanging out on the confortable chairs.
Its a very quiet and clean hostel, at least on the top floor where the

Plitvice Lakes, and searching trains and buses to nearby towns.

We have stayed only for a night, but it was very pleasent one! The room&bathroom were clean and comfortable. The owner/staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food in the nearby restaurant is really good. The locations of the hotel is very good - between the 2 big malls (I needed a new notebook charger) and the sity center. In the evening we have tried the famous fruit liquors in the hotel's bar and they were amazingly delicious.

Me and my girlfriend was staying in Henrik Apartments for one night. It was really nice. Owners are very friendly , they gave us a map of city Zagreb and told us some key informations about city and recommended some great restaurants.
Yes the dog was barking, but it wasn't so enjoying, dog is very very old and you cannot blame him :)

The room was very comfortable with many touches that are often overlooked in a cheap place (hair dryer, stylish furnishings, comfy bed). The staff was excellent, very friendly (with the exception of the woman who cleaned the rooms who refused to smile or respond when I said dobra jutra). My only complaint was loud construction starting at 6:45am and dogs barking all morning. Also the stairs leading to the second floor flat were terrifying.
