  Friendly owners, comfortable, well-equipped apartment with lovely views from terrace and good rates. Easy access to sea and great restaurants nearby. We stayed off season and it was lovely and peaceful but I imagine the area is pretty lively during the summer.   We weren't sure what it would be like staying in a shared villa but we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Villa Clara. The villa itself was lovely, clean, spacious, very modern. We had the two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large balcony and a separate large living room on the top floor which was great as it felt very private. Ellis, the hostess was very friendly and very knowledgeable abou - The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.

  Extremely comfortable stay, staff were attentive and polite. We were a young couple extremely happy with the hotel but we do feel the location was more suited for a couple with children.
