This was our second visit and we will definitely visit again. We really liked the beautiful artwork and details throughout the hotel. Each room was immaculate and individually decorated. The pool was free for guests and clean with plenty of seating around it. There were various areas to relax throughout the hotel, both inside and outside. Breakfast

Lovely location set amongst other villas, close to restuarants, minimarket, Borik beach and Puntamika marina.
Very quiet, nice rooms. Very pretty swimming pool and surrounding gardens.
Lovely staff, who offered us a complimentary glass of red wine and cake one afternoon.
Zadar old time within a 25 minute walking distance, short bus or tourist train ride.

The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination

The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower.

Incredible place. I have seen some reviews which state the hotel is quite far from the town centre. It is a little further out but this is by no means a bad thing! You easily walk into town in 20 minutes and it is straight down the road so you can't get lost and is a very pleasant walk on a nice evening to work up an appetite.

We stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. They have such an awesome business! The rooms are quiet, clean, modern.. pretty much perfect. The people working in the hotel are the kindest people we met the whole holiday (we went to 5 different hotels). The breakfast was really good! They also give you all the information you want. The beds are very comfortable.
We are coming back next year and recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony was spacious and offered a great view to the sea and to a stunning sky full of stars during the night.
Luka is a good location if you want a spot with only few tourists. There is one nice restaurant that's close and a couple of very nice spots to take a bath in the sea. The water is VERY nice there.

The rooms are well-appointed and have a view of the little bay in which the village is nestled. There is a small store and restaurants a short walk away, and it's not a far drive from the "capital", Sali. There is some parking available onsite too, although the walk from the parking by the harbour is not long either. Very friendly, genuine folk who own the home. Great place to relax.

We liked absolutelly everything. It was a lot better than we expected. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff who tries to make your stay ideal. Food was great. Hotel has a mini-restaurant - you must try it! Delicious! In our opinion better than in every other restaurant in Biograd we have been. All in all we had a perfect 12 days!
