Our family had a fantastic vacation staying at Villa Roses. We traveled with 2 small babies and we had all we needed at place. I spent some days with my family (4 people) in a big apartment to have full comfort. I can give only the best notes for everything in Villa Roses: great location with fantastic view from balcony on bay and marina in Icici , clean , well equipped and comfortable rooms , amazing hospitality and support. We felt like home.
I recommend the place for everyone who wants to spend holiday in nice and quiet place , close to many attractions of Istria.

We have only stayed a couple of hours. Mr Matic is giving the best service: we arrived at midnight, he got us some beers and brought us to the airport the next morning. -

This apartment was huge, and new, it was the best apartment we have
stayed in 8 weeks. It was like staying at a friends house, so many
homely touches. The satellite tv was huge, surround sound speakers, and
the living area was very comfortable, the kitchen facilities were
extensive, coffee machine, oven, full fridge. The balcony was huge and

We received a warm, genuine welcome from the owners. Clean room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Although it was not beach weather when we visited, we could visualize the summer's stay here so close to the beach. There is a common kitchen with a refrigerator and storage area for each apartment. In the dash to get out of the rain, formal introductions were overlooked, so I didn't get the name of the warm and friendly lady who runs this home-away-from-home. Huge comfortable clean accommodation. Easy walk to old town, supermarket and restaurants and the beach is just across the quiet street out front. Generous cooked breakfast.
