I spent some days with my family (4 people) in a big apartment to have full comfort. I can give only the best notes for everything in Villa Roses: great location with fantastic view from balcony on bay and marina in Icici , clean , well equipped and comfortable rooms , amazing hospitality and support. We felt like home.
I recommend the place for everyone who wants to spend holiday in nice and quiet place , close to many attractions of Istria.

We received a warm, genuine welcome from the owners. Clean room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Although it was not beach weather when we visited, we could visualize the summer's stay here so close to the beach. There is a common kitchen with a refrigerator and storage area for each apartment. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen.

In the dash to get out of the rain, formal introductions were overlooked, so I didn't get the name of the warm and friendly lady who runs this home-away-from-home. Huge comfortable clean accommodation. Easy walk to old town, supermarket and restaurants and the beach is just across the quiet street out front. Generous cooked breakfast.
