Very good service, staff very attentive. Decor was excellent, nice change from the typical, very relaxing. Dipping pool was pleasant with a rooftop view. I would rather stay in Getsemani then in the old town. -

Staff were very helpfull, they even opened the business center for me
after hours, I needed to print out some documents. Breakfast was also
pretty good, other than scrumbled eggs. -

The hotel was very nice. It is well maintained for a budget friendly
hotel. Budget friendly hotels in colombia have a tendency of not being
well maintained. That's the trade off. The staff was very friendly
and helpful when needed. The breakfast was the normal Colombian fare.
Location is the best. Nothing is more then 6 or 7 thousand pesos away by
taxi. I will stay again when I decide to go back to Cartagena.

We got a good deal on the internet and stayed primarily on weekdays in the off season, and so there were not many other people. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive and the hotel was very nice- stylish and well maintained, with a small pool in the courtyard and a sun heated jacuzzi on the roof, which was fantastic. I would go back.

starting with the leader Laurence Marais.
We will never forget the way that she jumped into a taxi and took us to a favorite restaurant when she couldn't get the directions across. Marjorie was terrific as were all the staff.
