The staff At the hotel are awesome,...alvin and chef José prepare and a amazing fish meal for me and my wife ,... The rooms were always clean and organized,... I will definitely stay again at this hotel,... All the girls al the front desk were fantastic as well the rest of the staff. Everything. It has to be one of the best hotels in Cartagena. The rooms are very nice (Junior Suite is incredible). The last floor pool is also amazing.
