  We were extremely impressed from the moment we stepped out of the taxi. The staff were very welcoming even on a very late arrival & had willingly made arrangements for a tour the following morning. The decor of the hotel was ecelectic and inviting, a real fusion of Asian and Modern. The bed were comfortable and the room was lovely and spacious. The gym was well set out and looked out over the river. It was so inspiring to look at Pudong all lit up while running on the treadmill.   I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting ... hva folk sier » a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10
