Super Cool Place. The private deck was wonderful in the morning sun overlooking the bay. And the clear prisms in one window put rainbows all over the room in the morning. Love the retro atmosphere. Love the sushi in the restaurant below as well. Loved Tofino.

The location was great.... close enough to the beach and city, but not as busy. We arrived late, after 10 pm and the staff waited for us and made sure we were settled in. There was a minor issue with the room, but Frank went out of his way to rectify it. Wonderful service and continental breakfast a bonus. Very comfortable stay and my young son enjoyed the pool and grounds. We plan to go back next year...

Location, Location, Location to downtown Vancouver, near Skytrains. Price is reasonable for a "boutique" hotel, given very convenient downtown location. The wifi is good, and password is not device limited (an otherwise pain at some other hotels which require you to ask for separate passwords for cell, laptop, tablet, ,,, and limit you to two). You should bring multiple plug extension with you.

We loved our stay in this hotel! We got a room with a private bathroom, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel's staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great - was close to everything we needed in downtown. The price was great too! I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again next time we are in Victoria.
