The hotel was fine. Staff received us very friendly. We stayed in a 2 twin bedded family room. This hotel was for us an overnight hotel on our way from Vancouver International Airport to the Rockies. -
The exercise facility, pool, hot tub, and large beds. There were plenty of towels and helpful staff.

Super Cool Place. The private deck was wonderful in the morning sun overlooking the bay. And the clear prisms in one window put rainbows all over the room in the morning. Love the retro atmosphere. Love the sushi in the restaurant below as well. Loved Tofino.

The location was great.... close enough to the beach and city, but not as busy. We arrived late, after 10 pm and the staff waited for us and made sure we were settled in. There was a minor issue with the room, but Frank went out of his way to rectify it. Wonderful service and continental breakfast a bonus. Very comfortable stay and my young son enjoyed the pool and grounds. We plan to go back next year...

Location, Location, Location to downtown Vancouver, near Skytrains. Price is reasonable for a "boutique" hotel, given very convenient downtown location. The wifi is good, and password is not device limited (an otherwise pain at some other hotels which require you to ask for separate passwords for cell, laptop, tablet, ,,, and limit you to two). You should bring multiple plug extension with you.
Breakfast lady is nice.

The bed was fantastic. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. Even stayed and slept in as late as I could. Room was spacious and fairly quiet. Ice & pop machines were just a few doors down hall from the room -

I liked the room set up. I loved that the kitchenette had an 2 burner induction stove, microwave, dishes and mini fridge. Some of the staff was helpful and friendly. The price was right for what we needed. -
