The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.

After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within
very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the
big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent,
within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town,
cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

The Hilton Garden Inn is in a perfect location for visiting all Montreal has to offer. We were lucky enough to be there when the Jazz Festival was on and the venue was within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Metro stop near by to take you all round the city. The hotel itself is very welcoming with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are large, air conditioned, nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. A huge plus was the washing machine and tumble drier facilities available

The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.

We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. We look forward to staying there again and again.
