Room was excellent, hotal was tidy, centrally located - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was incredibly small and whatever was there did not last for the guest arriving later.

Location was perfect for my needs - I could walk to pretty much everywhere I wanted to go; staff were very helpful and the bar downstairs had a great atmosphere and awesome music! The tours organised by the hostel were really good - I learnt a lot about the area and it was a great way to meet people. -

I loved the entire stay! Exceeded all my expectations. Great location, excellent worth for its price. Staff was friendly and helpful - offered to store my luggage even after checking out so I could enjoy the city before my late-night bus ride.

Their services for a hostel are excellent and I prefer them to a hotel
which is overpriced or noisy and people have done who knows what in your
hotel room bed but with this hostel you know they launder the
sheets/bedding and the space is eclectic - like your a student
again. Will stay there again when Im back in November!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner was very friendly, the amenities were more than expected for the price we paid (including the better-than-average breakfast, the cleaning service, the fact that you get a code to come in at any time unlike in most hostels which are MORE expensive than this place, etc). The location was also a huge plus and they do have cheap parking ($8/

In the end - if we were doing another budget trip to Montreal, we would definitely return. -
The location was excellent, allowing us to park up the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go (yes we can walk quite a few km without issue). The addition of bathrobes in the closet to allow easy visits to the shared bathroom were a very welcome touch.

For the most part, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was booked under the wrong name but the staff on duty promptly fixed that error and helped me check in. The staff member that I mention below then showed me to the room I was staying in and answered all my questions well. The other guests in the room were very quiet. It was a ten bed
