  everything! friendly staff. good quality and clean accomodation. offered early check in and upgrade of room at discounted price. bed very comfortable and more than enough pillows. the hot springs were just fantastic. the restaurant on site - chili's was great. waitresses cant be faulted. all in all one of our best stays at any hotel. the undergroun... hva folk sier » d heated parking was a bonus. good value for money - The staff were very nice.   We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted on this trip. - I received a call fro... hva folk sier » m the front desk about an hour after I checked in to see if there was anything I needed, it was a nice touch. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.
