Theresa and James were excellent hosts and very helpful... the house itself is clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Can sit by the fire and read a book or if it's nice, sit outside on the deck (which we didn't get to because it was a little cold). Breakfasts are delicious! This B&B is welcoming, comfortable and affordable. The location is great, service was wonderful - not just the breakfast but also the hiking recommendations for the area. I travel quite extensively and this is by far, my new favorite B&B. I will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend them. -

We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted on this trip. -

Given a guided tour on arrival. Can make tea/coffee as you want. My room was large, clean and comfortable. Wi-fi free and easily accessible. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast plentiful, organic, fresh and tasty. Gorgeous locally baked multi grain bread. Very relaxed. Enough car parking. Lovely surroundings at the edge of Bannf but just 5 minute walk to downtown shopping. Price reasonable for a tourist haven.

Good room set up for friends travelling together - the two queen bed room was almost like a two bedroom - allowed for privacy. Would also work well for a couple with little kids - two TVs so kids could be in bed and adults could still be up.
Liked that they used LED pot lights.

The location is right in the heart of Banff. The friendly reception
staff upgraded my room to a suite at no additional charge because of
construction at the rear of the building and without a complaint or
request from me. Free internet in the lobby and free parking at the rear
of the property. Breakfast was the usual continental one but service was
with a smile.

Our family pet came with us,and during our meals at the Bistro, the staff at the front desk looked after our dog. It was a fantastic service that I wish more hotels offered. The bistro was a 4 star meal. We had a dinner and breakfast and both were some of the best meals we have ever had in Banff. -
