  From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!

  Good room set up for friends travelling together - the two queen bed room was almost like a two bedroom - allowed for privacy. Would also work well for a couple with little kids - two TVs so kids could be in bed and adults could still be up. Liked that they used LED pot lights. The breakfast was continental plus - great selection. Hot Tubs seemed ... hva folk sier » very popular.They had a laundry - nice if you're travelling. - The location is right in the heart of Banff. The friendly reception staff upgraded my room to a suite at no additional charge because of construction at the rear of the building and without a complaint or request from me. Free internet in the lobby and free parking at the rear of the property. Breakfast was the usual continental one but service was with a smile.

  We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.
