  Location was fantastic, immediately next to one of the chairlifts so ski-in-ski-out but only for part of the resort. Borovets is divided in 2 parts and acces to each bit from the other is tricky. Rooms were clean and well furnished, we had a mountain view, servive in ski rental shop was the best I've ever had. Boots and skis waiting everyday and a... hva folk sier » ssistance always. - Location was the best possible for ski in Borovets. We had half board, and we considered the dinner good and with enough options (the drinks were not included, but the price was fair). The hotel is good in general, as expected for a 4 star hotel. We had parking place, even the parking area was crowded. Prices for extra services (drinks, minibar) were fair.
