  We had a great stay in Hotel Alpin, occupying one of the chalets with 2 young kids for 6 summer nights. The chalet itself was simple, but clean and reasonably spacious. Staff was excellent, always smiling and helpful. On top of that, majority could speak English so we had no problems getting around.   Location was fantastic, immediately next to one of the chairlifts so ski-in-ski-out but only for part of the resort. Borovets is divided in 2 parts and acces to each bit from the other is tricky. Rooms were clean and well furnished, we had a mountain view, servive in ski rental shop was the best I've ever had. Boots and skis waiting everyday and a... hva folk sier » ssistance always. - Location was the best possible for ski in Borovets. We had half board, and we considered the dinner good and with enough options (the drinks were not included, but the price was fair). The hotel is good in general, as expected for a 4 star hotel. We had parking place, even the parking area was crowded. Prices for extra services (drinks, minibar) were fair.

  Borovets We visited Bansko and Pamporovo in summer time and Borovets is the best by far. First, most of the hotels are done building, so the village is quiet and beautiful. Surroundings very nice to walk by, the children found raspberry in woods. Second, it is visited by other tourists, so it is not deserted. The closest city is Samokov, dusty and dull, but with markets such as Billa, pharmacies, banks and change offi - The apartment is elegant and the facilities are excellent. The staff were very friendly. I recommend the hotel for those people who want a place where to relax.

  Very good for its price. Nice hospitable barkeepers, clean, large enough rooms. Suites with two separate bedrooms would be great for family with children. It isn't located near the slope but main gondola lift is about 300 meters, and main slopes about 7-10 minutes walking. Because of this it's much more quiet than other hotels but still very close... hva folk sier » to the lifts. Also, in Borovets there're no any hotels exactly on the slope, so you need to walk 3-5-10 minutes to lift from every hotel. Breakfast i - Hotel Ela is ideally located close to the Gondola lift and the village centre. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was included which gave a great start to the day. Could not fault hotel at all.

  Clean facilities. Appartment kitchen equiped. Appartment is cleaned each day. Good space. We took 2 appartments next to each other. Studio (for Parents) & Single bedroom (for 3 children). The resturant of Flora hotel is very good. Both for Breakfast and Dinner (cost extra, but less than eating out side). Lots of Vegetables and fruits on top o... hva folk sier » f the regular expected food. - Everything was lovely! The apartment was spacious for 3 of us. It was close to the main road and about 5 minutes walk to the piste. We stayed at the Clover Apartment. Very comfortable to come back to after a hard day on the piste! Wifi wasn't working the first day, but it was quickly resolved.
