I love the hotel because it big enough, clean, and has good design. They have a small kitchen, so its a bit like small apartment. And in the kitchen they prepare microwave, spoon, palte, etc. Those are very usefull for us because i can microwave my food from yesterday, since in Europe they serve quite big portion compared in Indonesia. The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat.

Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.

Stort, fint, rolig rom. God frokost. - Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too

The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible

The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
