We stayed at Adagio Access Bruxelles Europe for 8 nights. The location

I love the hotel because it big enough, clean, and has good design. They have a small kitchen, so its a bit like small apartment. And in the kitchen they prepare microwave, spoon, palte, etc. Those are very usefull for us because i can microwave my food from yesterday, since in Europe they serve quite big portion compared in Indonesia. The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

Mmes Celimene and Fatima were so welcoming, and couldn't have been
kinder or more helpful . My apartment was lovely - and when I had to
skip a couple of Fatima's delicious breakfasts (because of work
demands), they dropped by fruit, yogurts, and cereal bars! The building
is a delight - and atmosphere, old worldly and comfortable. A very
enjoyable and relaxing stay.
