Flat screen tv with many channels in various languages. Spacious (enough for 5-6). Near a supermarket to buy food. Right on tram route into/out of city centre. But really only a 5 minute walk into the city. Elevator to 3rd floor apartment. Parking 5 minutes away. (10 euros per night 8-24 hours). Can set own heating temperature.
