  This place was great! Edmund (one of the people who lives there) came by and gave us advice on where to go out, and what was fun to do. The neighborhood is really cool, and my sister and I felt totally safe walking around.   I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. After having travelled for nearly a month it was both ... hva folk sier » a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

  The apartment cost no more than a reasonable hotel room price, in the centre of Brussels. An easy 5 mins walk from the Eurostar station, and 20 mins walk from Grand Place (mostly down one straight road). Everything in the apartment spotlessly clean, full apartment facilities, comfortable, stylish, & very friendly efficient staff. The coded but... hva folk sier » ton & telephone double door entrance to the apartments might seem a bit off-putting on first arrival, but it actually makes the building very secu - We reserved a studio which turned out to be very nice the 2 guys at the reception were very polite and very friendly. Its a 10-15 mins walk from the center (brussels is small , u can walk throughout the whole city) the location near brussels-midi station is great the studio felt like home , which is awesome . at some point we preferred staying in the studio rather than going out ... :-)
