  Fabien is extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was comfy. The guest house is literally close to EVERYTHING you would want to see and experience in Brussels: be it train stations, sights, or night life.   Rooms were clean and new. Owners Xavier and his mother (forgotten her name) were lovely people. Xavier was such a gentleman helping us with our bags up 3 flights of stairs.   The previous reviews were very accurate this is a Great B&B with lots of character. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, modern and very spacious. The breakfast was typical continental fare, but the staff will cook you eggs and bacon on requested. It was comfortable and luxurious and quite close to downtown/Grote Maarkt. If you are going to the EP it's best to take the metro, but it's also possible walking.   I had a brief but fantastic stay. The owner is very helpful and all the information pre- and post-stay was complete. The area is easy to find, well communicated and feels safe. Also extremely quiet. Recommended, I will surely try to stay with them again when I'm back in Brussels.
