The staff at the front desk were available 24 hours a day and where friendly and helpful. The location is great, right near the train station and walking distance (if you like to walk) to the city center. - The room was small but very clean, and the free internet was terrific.The desk staff was exceptionally helpful.

The Pension is in the middle of everything-easy access to the sights and travel connections. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to answer enquiries. The breakfast buffet was really good-a great way to start the day, with plenty of choice. Here is an amazing food market at street level, providing a huge range of quality produce and take away food if desired. Good location (across the road from U-bahn station, i.e. subway). Good and friendly stuff. We had some problem because on the first day our floor was cleaned very early, at 7 a.m. I asked not to use vacuum cleaners before 8 a.m.. And it was possible, we weren't waked up by vacuum cleaners any more! Rather good breakfast. So great value for money.

The hotel is very well located, just opposite the entrance of the metro
"Alser Strasse". You can easily reach the centre also with
tram no. 43, which brings directly to the Ring in less than 10 minutes.
There is also free wi-fi. The price is very competitive, also during
Easter holidays: I will definitively return there next time in Wien. -
Location is good for public transport and bike rental as it is right across the street from the metro-station. Rooms re clean and staff was helpfull in finding a parking spot (4 km away in a P+R location) since we forgot to make a parking spot reservation. The P+R location was really cheap so we didn't really mind. The breakfast was okay.

I liked the access to non-smoking rooms, and the fact that the Boutique Hotel Stadthalle is structured to be environmentally friendly. I liked how the breakfast buffet did not have packaged butter, jams and knäckebrot.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet place, surrounded by a large garden and with plenty of free parking space. The tram was very close and the nearest subway was 10 minutes walking distance. Rooms are simple with a bit outdated furniture, but clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean, but I think it needs some reconditioning. The bed was really comfortable, although the double room is made out of 2 twin beds aligned together with some small gap between them. Overall I had a nice stay at

I like Fabrik hotel very much. If I come to Vienna I always stay in this hotel. It's got a charming atmosphere with its inner courtyard, wall in brick, high smoke-stack, flowers, shrubs, trees.... It was my third stay in this hotel. next time I'll choose the same because: (1) its location: it is close to Vienna Intenational center, the Old Vienna can be reached by subway in only a few minutes, a lot of shops, restaurants and pubs are inside walking distance; (2) the staff is very helpfull and friendly; (3) the breakfast is excelent; (4) excelent view to the Old Danube; (5) it is clean and there is hot water no matter the hour and the temperature in the room is adequate to the season; (6)
