Staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived late and could easily get keys to our room from the security safe provided. This was an excellent location for great value. It was a 10 minute walk
from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main
centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a
quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get
access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what
I needed after a long day of touring.

Kind personal, beautiful place, we were warmly welcomed. There is also a perfect room for evenings if a group want to meet etc. Also it is only 500 meters to the ski-lift, which was soooo comfortable. The apartment had two separate rooms which was great for traveling with kids, the location was perfect for Zell Am See in summer (close to the beach and the pool), breakfast was plentiful and yummy, the hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was really lovely!
