Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption. This was an excellent location for great value. It was a 10 minute walk
from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main
centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a
quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get
access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what
I needed after a long day of touring.

Kind personal, beautiful place, we were warmly welcomed. There is also a perfect room for evenings if a group want to meet etc. Also it is only 500 meters to the ski-lift, which was soooo comfortable. Friendly owners, sauna, swimming pool and bicycles were for free. Very beautiful mountains. -
quiet and clean, room was in basement, fine for one night. If you would like to stay for a longer period, ask for a 1st floor or higher. Good bed and nice warm sheets.

The apartment had two separate rooms which was great for traveling with kids, the location was perfect for Zell Am See in summer (close to the beach and the pool), breakfast was plentiful and yummy, the hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was really lovely! We would absolutely stay here again.

The family who run the hotel are absolutely delightful people who could not have been more helpful and had excellent English. The food was lovely, the room was beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean and so nice and warm. The views over the valley were lovely too. -

The staff (or family in this case) was so nice and accomodating that Iwould definitely stay here again. It's a pretty easy walk to the hotelfrom the main train station, although I get lost usually my first timein every new city. Area seems safe despite some "adult-based" shops thatAmericans may equate with a bad neighborhood, which it is not. Hotel
