Xenia Apartments is set in Kappl, 600 metres from Diasbahn Cable Car. Free private parking is available on site. The stop of the free ski bus is right outside, offering connection to the Ischgl Ski Area, 7 km from the apartments.
The apartments feature a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom facilities, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a coffee machine. Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are offered.
On request, fresh bread and milk can be delivered to the apartment every morning. Restaurants, pizzeria and a sports shop are within 600 metres.
Guests can use a ski storage room with ski boot dryer free of charge. In winter, night tobogganing, a children's snowmobile course and several other activities are held once per week in Kappl, organized by the local tourism board.
From May to October, the Silvretta All Inclusive Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts in the Paznaun Valley and in the Samnaun region in Switzerland, including free use of local cable cars and buses.
