Landhaus Sailer if located off the Silvretta Road, about 800 metres from the Kappl Cable Car and 7 km from Ischgl, and offers you en-suite rooms and apartments with flat-screen satellite TV. As of summer 2013, the Silvretta All Inclusive Card is included in all rates during summer season. It offers free use of cable cars in the region, of the buses from Landeck to Bielerhöhe, and free access to the indoor and outdoor pools and to the lake in the Paznaun Valley.

A very nice house with very good guest rooms owned by Sailer family. Everything was very nice, I arrived very late, however was met nicely. My special thanks to Margit (the owner) for a very late breakfast on the day after I arrived and a very eraly one when I was leaving. Recommend this without any reservations. It is not a hotel, so do not expect a restaurant and a swimming pool there (but it can not be considered a minus, just mind this should you need it). If you want to go to Ischgl you'll need some transportation.
