  Liked everything - location, food, value for money. Best thing was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. Concierge/porter staff outside were so friendly and helpful, so accommodating. Would recommend Jupiters to anyone for the friendly staff alone, even without the other benefits.   Location of the hotel was excellent. Close by to all shops and restaurants and also walking distance to the ferry terminals and the aquatics centre where they have a turtle hospital. Hotel was amazing, clean, modern and very big rooms. Unit cleaned daily, including the dishes (this was unexpected but pleasantly accepted). Concierge acknowledged us and our son every time, including giving him an Easter egg on Easter morning.

  The location of he hotel was excellent being across the road from the beach and about 70 metres from restaurants of differing nationalities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was excellent and being at the end of the corridor our kitchen was another room and sufficiently equipped. Decor of the hotel was very good and modern wh - EVERYTHING!!! A great destination, the motel was spotless, staff friendly, it was wonderful. Very highly recommended, will go back. The view was fantastic, sit on the balcony, well shaded in the heat of the afternoon (with a breeze) and watch jet skiers, sail boarders, sailing boats, the Red Baron, Magnetic Island, local and o/seas shipping and have eagles riding the thermals just in front of you and the convience of the Strand and the beach l

  I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.

  The location was quite good close to the older part of Townsville. Our view from apartment 64 was really quite nice. The overal facilities were good and the apartment was sensibly laid out. Beautiful bathroom, loved the sliding doors in the lounge and bedroom. Really special to open them up in the morning before the day heated up. Price was fair for what we got. - Location, parking availability, room layout. With being allocated a dirty room, we rang reception.. the service was exceptional, a staff member was contacted, a new room was allocated. Shame about the dirty room but that happens...the resolution was organised in an efficient and timely manner..so well done to the staff involved

  It's a new building. We took the one bedroom apat. It was big, comfortable, we could stay there a month. Its actually a flat with a lot of space. When we booked, we booked the studio, but it was so small that we couldn't even put our 2 suitcases in. So we upgraded to the one bedroom, which was like 3 studios combined - Brand new hotel, very nice,... hva folk sier » clean and large apt. with everything. Good value!
