The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, and everything was of high quality! :) T2 tea yum!!

Simply everything. It has been one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Sydney. The staff is just friendly and efficient in getting you reservations etc. The rooms are very good with a great BOSE and Apple audio system to feel over relaxed.

A great place to stay, The Harbour View Room was fantastic we were there for the Aust. Navy Fleet Review and did not need to leave the room to watch the fireworks and events. We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.
I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.

We loved everything about the QT Hotel. We didn't want to leave. We arrived mid morning and were surprised that we were able to go directly to our room. We had expected to store our bags and come back later. We were then told that we could have full internet access at no additional charge. Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. Location,location,location.
For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal.
Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

I had visitors from the UK and wanted to show them Sydney. They (and us) were blown away by the views of the harbour, bridge and opera house. Away from the noise of the city, but with the stop almost at the door, we were only a ferry ride from everywhere.
The apartments were clean and very comfortable and staff were very helpful. I have nothing negative to say about the place.
