Do not stay anywhere else!!
This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions. The views from our balcony was amazing. We loved hearing the waves overnight and waking to the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while I sat with a coffee on my balcony. Older building but apartment 15 had high quality fittings and was a real surprise inside. Great view and a decent balcony. If all apartments in the building are equiped and fitted out in the same manner then this is an ideal destination. Great value and attentive service from management. All in all, would stay there again.

We stayed in the deluxe seaview appt, room 18. Immaculate spacious appartment, modern, stylish, seaviews from all rooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen. Undergournd secure parking. We were out at the theme parks during most days, and didnt use the pool which looked inviting. The beach is just over the road.

The manager was very helpful and a really nice person ,always makes your stay alot better. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had a lot of space, we would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends to stay . it's a home away from home. -
Laurie and Caroline were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Bayview is far enough away from the busy Surfers Paradise but close enough to theme parks, shopping, walks and other attractions. The apartment was beautifully kept and a good size.

Our one bedroom was perfect, very clean and everything if we wanted to cook a meal. The bed was nice and firm and the shower was very good.

The staff on reception were extemely helpful and friendly. Great location, so close to the beach and restaurants. Only a few minutes from the airport. Ideal for anyone with young children or those without own transport.
Apartment well equipped with all we needed.
Outdoor pool was comfortably heated and spa excellent.
Look forward to returning there in future and would recommend to my friends.

Maison. We have stayed at this Apartment Block in various rooms over the
years. We just stayed over Easter for 5 nights and once again were not
disappointed with the state of the room. We had a recently refurbished 2

We needed a nice, modern, spacious 3 bedroom unit close to the Blues on Broadbeach festival for our family of 6. This was our second time with Belle Maison, in a different unit, but equally fantastic both times. Magnificent almost 360 degree views from mountains to ocean. Beautiful grounds, close to the mall, excellent for family of all ages and thankfully a strict no party rule.

Absolutely fabulous apartment on the 15th floor with views to die for. For all those who complain about having to buy a toilet roll, for goodness sake go get one or bring one. I would have preferred having a small breakfast pack which I would have been prepared to pay for to the free tea & coffee etc., because the shops were a bit of a walk

The wonderful sea view. I specifically requested a full on sea view and that is exactly what I got. It was superb. Also we could watch the children playing at the local school and of course at the playground across the road, both were lovely. best on the gold coast. I recommend upgrading to the penthouse, we
booked the villa but when we got there found it unlivable. Brad was
great and upgraded us to 15th floor, hence why I say pay the extra

Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

I checked in quite late on a Monday night and the staff was very helpful, I also enjoyed the range of tv (foxtel) for my children and the fully equipped kitchen/laundry -
