The views from the balcony can only be described as 360' and the best on the gold coast. I recommend upgrading to the penthouse, we booked the villa but when we got there found it unlivable. Brad was great and upgraded us to 15th floor, hence why I say pay the extra it's well worth it, 3 bedroom very modern, balconies on both sides of 3 bedroom unit. We had to change rooms as we had booked 7 nights but the 3 bedroom was only available for 3 nights, so we spent the other 4 on 6th floor in 2 bedr.
alle vurderinger » Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again. The homely feel and magnificent views as well as the ability to cook and clean for yourself. Good value for money. The apartments also had a beautiful pool and the furniture was so comfortable and holiday like, it was hard to leave the apartment. Good access to shops and walking paths. Well located for local bus travel and safe attractive area. Within walking distance of great brekkie and beautiful promenade walk. Was comfortable budget and description matched premises. We stayed in back ground floor unit. We liked the location, price and facilities were plentiful and in good. Placed in a nice high apartment overlooking the sea/river. Close to Dreamworld and Gold Coast City Centre. Wonderful views, excellent venue, being close to good shopping complexes and all the theme parks. Bus stop right out the front was a bonus. Rooms were well designed and airy. The gentleman we dealt with was very nice and accommodating. Our apartment was nice and roomy and everything we needed was there for us, all we had to supply was food. Lovely views out to sea, Very windy when we were there but we could use the side balcony which was good.Pool to cold to swim in. Bradley and staff were great, only complaint not very close to shops you really need to hire a car. The manager was great and really helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and had great views. Was very close (driving) to theme parks and town. More than big enough for 4 adults and 3 kids. lovely, clean well located and friendly staff all at a great price. couldn't be happier. Staff excellent,always helpful & curtious location great. The location and size of the living room in the apartments. View,room size,washer dryer,dishwasher ,makes life easy. Beds were comfortable private Ground floor tennis court 2 bath rooms very handy Shadded area. clean friendly staff. No aircon in our first room but breeze from being up high made it not a problem! Second room a little smelly and dated, some units are renovated others need work, be fussy and Brad will eventually get you the better room, spa not working. Perhaps a little remote from shops and restaurants, but the facilities and outlook more than compensate. No air conditioning but a lot of the time you could get a nice breeze. Fans were also provided which was good. The pool was in shade most of the day at this time of the year. Some maintenance needed. We left note. We would stay here again. The kitchen appliances were all jumbled in a mess in the cupboard. The bathroom was a little date and there was no laundry powder. The queen bed had a hard mattress, which was pretty bad to sleep on. It was a bit far out from the centre of the Gold Coast and the beaches. Wifi only available in games room. No wifi available. Decor and furniture a bit dated. When you had a good look around cleaning wasn't done properly, lounge wasn't good for getting out of for mature clients, needs new Vacumm cleaner as it didn't work properly.needs more instructions on new stove.Sliding doors hard to open need lubrication on sliders. They were carrying out routine maintenance and painting the foyer which had a toxic smell which affected me but that's ok. They have to maintenance some time. No negative comments. Decor slightly dated and a few small maintenance problems (I.e gloves blown). Nothing. we were required to pay rather expensive prices and were expected to clean majority of the place. No hotel i have ever stayed at has done this. Nothing. Car park security door always closing and having to ring to be let back in. miss matched furnishings stairs when it's a ground floor unit. We stayed in one of the villas and were disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils and crockery. The information booklets need to be more descriptive and updated. The villa we stayed in (number one) had a dvd player but no remote!.
