I liked that when the manager realised I was travelling with my mother and had booked the wrong room, he adjusted the room package without issue and fuss. The staff at reception are welcoming, very helpful and friendly. Hotel will hold the luggage for few hours until the flight time after check out. This was very helpful. There were sufficient facilities for internet access, restaurants etc., Simply a wonderful place to stay for the budget traveller. I would definitely take my family next time.

It was a perfect place for me to stay. I was only there to sleep as the
people I went to Melb to see lived around the corner. It was also easy
to get into Melb on the tram, via interesting stre ets eg Gertrude and
Smith. The staff were eager to help ie. Wake up call and call for taxi.

Staff were absolutely brilliant,had time for all our questions and were very friendly. Special thanks to Gail at front desk, she helped us out after we left valuables in the room after check out, was not a problem at all.
