The staff were excellent,friendy sense of humour and extremely helpful. The room service meals we ordered were exceptional and fast in delivery. The hotel has been recently renovated and is very clean and tidy. The location is perfect - whithin 5 min. walk from the airport (McDonalds is even closer). It really is walking distance from the airport - under 5 minutes, and reasonably well signposted.
Happily surprised to find bar fridge, coat hangers, mirrors, en suite etc. This is not a Formule 1 anymore, with recent renovations it has certainly gone up a notch.
We got lucky and were on the non-airport side of the building so a view of green hills was a nice surprise.

The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. A perfect overnight before flying out in the morning. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

A great location handy to the airport,,which is what we were looking for. Happy hour at the bar was great, with the staff treating all the guests that were there as part of the family. Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. -

We had a great stay and were suprised at how clean, comfortable and lovely the Motel was. A continental breakfast was also included which was suprising. We had dinner in the Bistro which was great and all staff we dealt with were fantastic. We will be staying there again forsure. -
