One curtain could not be raised (electric lift). Check-in was delayed 1 hour...
We really enjoyed the fact that it is located on a quiet neighborhood although it´s close to some nightlife locations. It´s in the middle of the major tourist attractions and if you´re up to some walking you hardly ever have to reach for a taxi.

Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints. I highly recommend a restaurant down the street called 'Cumana'-- try the locro!
Few amenities, low-floor room was a bit noisy.
Decoration, location, breakfast and staff. My room was on 2nd floor and I had an amazing view from a beautiful historical building and a park.
The water leaks from the bathtub so there's water everywhere when you took a shower.

The friendly helpful staff made our trip hassle free. Many staff spoke English and assisted with flights, queries and more. A great place to stay and we will be returning soon.

Good location, friendly staff albeit not all that helpful in resolving issues.
--The noise from neighbors, elevator was bad -- the noise from the bathroom was ridiculous. The plumbing was so loud that it sounded like your bathroom was flooding every time someone else in the hotel used the bathroom. -- I notified the hotel of the noise but they were unwilling to do change my room. -- The hotel was being used for a business conference during the day so the small hotel was overrun by people that weren't staying there so ones access to the facilities were limited.

Lack of furniture in room (could not unpack, only 1 chair, etc.),lack of detail on invoice,public bar not well stocked, floors did not appear clean (painted concrete so scuff marks may look like dirt)

Location
Service. The night we stayed was one of the coldest (-1C) and the heating was not working. They offered extra blankets which we accepted but didn't solve the problem. On the next morning during check out they didn't give any explanation and charged a full rate as we had had a nice and warm night. Very poor management of the situation, we expected better service in a cosmopolitan city as Buenos Aires.

Cement floors were cold to walk on.Shower had mold around it,noisy plumbing.Electric privacy window curtain very loud when opening and lowering,curtain also faded and worn.Park across the street very seedy at times .Should have stayed at the Dazzler instead!
