The staff are really friendly and helpful and the room is serviced daily. It is only a fifteen min walk to Calle Florida. Bus services are just around the corner and there are two really good restaurants (as well as a third not-so-wonderful Mexican) directly opposite. Mainly the location ,you are right in the heart of Recoleta. Close to everything you need + metro.The appartment is ok and quite clean. Very good value for money. Ask to be in the highest possible floor and at the back. Remember you are in an active and busy city.
alle vurderinger » Excellent location. Room 303 was quite. The room was clean, fully furnished and everything functioned. but the internet.....that's another story. Great location and amenities. Everything you could want especially for a longer stay. Small kitchen, free wi fi, flat screen TV, ample space. Location was convenient. Pricing was excellent. Rooms were large and comfortable. Seems to have been recently refurbished and looks clean. The accomodations - excellent small kitchen - very practical bathroom - small but very good location - very good, close to everything. Loved this place. Location cannot be beat and it is a good value for the money! There was nothing I did not like about this apartment. The kitchen is not really equipped to cook. The internet was so slow and unstable that it was often non existence. Since internet is very important to me, I will not stay here ever again. Nothing. Hot water ran out quickly, could not do two showers without the second shower running cold at the end. We were advised to take short showers but still were surprised at how quickly it did run out. Some of the receptionists didn´t seem to know anything about the routines and procedures, only two of them were very helpful. Not a complaint but the reservation read "ingredients for breakfast provided". Let's just say those ingredients are only packets of instant coffee and sugar, nothing else. Nothing. Everything was great, just dont eat at the restaurant Cumaná in front, worst restaurant experience ever!. Too late check-in hours (2PM): mong distance flights arrive in the morning. 11:00 or 12:00 should be a decent hour for check-in! Some of the staff are not trained to help foreigners. The noise at night - there was a machine working the hole night long outside and it was hard to rest. The kitchinet did not serve any purpose but to warm up some water and have some tea. You just have 8 minutes of hot water to take your shower. No matter how many people are in your room. Internet wi-fi is very bad... Next time we will stay in a hostel.
