We were able to make reservations on-line, when our shower didn't
drain fast enough, the staff was very good about correcting the problem
so that we could stay in our corner room. My daughter loved the milk and
cookies and the weather cooperated, so that we were not inconvienced to
be at a separate building from our conference. Location to the west end
was convenient and desk staff, housekeeping and the man that fixed our
drain were are very accomodating.

We were there for the usgp f1 race; room rates were increased, as every
hotel in town did, so they got a "good" rating on value. The
hotel had race themed decorations up, gave each guest a race goodie bag,
offered a breakfast bag to go each morning for those not enjoying the
free hot breakfast, and hosted a "happy hour" each evening.

The location is central to many desired locations, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was clean and well kept. During our stay the elevator was put out of commission by children who "crammed" into it, the staff was very helpful during this period and even discounted our stay for having to deal with the slight inconvenience without us even asking.

My nephews enjoyed the swimming pool, it was clean and well lit. The rooms were clean and the fridge and microwave was an added convenience. The breakfast was excellent, waffles, sausage, eggs and cereal, milk and juice, everybody was happy. I will stay here again if I go back to Dallas. The price was reasonable and service was great.
