The woman working the front desk was so nice when we arrived. She helped to get us a crib for our babies and did everything with a smile.

I had originally booked my room online, accidentally booking in the
wrong city. Online it advised that cancellations were not accepted due
to it being past the deadline. After booking and relizing my mistake I
called the Country Inn in Plainview and with no questions or anything

Although this hotel was in an odd spot (next to a bank and Chuck E Cheese), it was located right off of the highway. When we walked in the room you could smell crisp and clean sheets. all the difference when you are on vacation, I didn't want to deal

Quick shuttle response to the motel from the airport and evening local dinner facilities. From the moment we arrived, Martin, our driver, made extra effort to keep us informed and content that we'd come to the right place. We'll be sure to stay at Country Inn Suites, Houston again-no other. -

Accommodations were great, room was clean, nicely appointed with touches such as towels folded in animal shapes, extra pillows and blankets, and an extra pad for the fold out couch/bed; Great location for Galleria, quiet, well mannered staff eager to please. The rooms are really nice! The room we stayed in had a big master bedroom with it's own bath. There was a 2nd bedroom and bath, and the couch pulled out into a double bed as well. It had a full kitchen, complete with cooking and serving utensils. There was a microwave and a decent sized refrigerator. We had many meals in our room during our trip,
