  Loved the atmosphere on the grounds with the open-air lobby and tropical landscaping. The on-site restaurant had excellent food and a view of the pool and ocean. The tiki torch lighting in the evenings with the sound of the conch shell and great entertainer was also very memorable. All the people in the resort were very friendly and welcoming. E... wat mensen zeggen » veryone would gather on the beach at sunset and a staff member would offer to take pictures of your party with your camera. It was a really nice touc - We liked how close we were to the beach. I left my sliding glass door open all night so I could hear the ocean. Very soothing. There are a lot of places to stay on Maui, I feel that I stayed in the best location!! Easy to get in and out. Hwy 30 just down the street. The staff made it extremely easy to come and go. They weren't pushy, but available when you needed them.

  The swimming pool complex was amazing and well-suited for both a 1-year-old and an 8-year-old. A great place for a multi-generational family vacation...perfect for families traveling with the grandparents. Everyone had fun! Exceptional staff. There were a ton of activities on site, and shopping and restaurants at Whaler's Village were just a short... wat mensen zeggen » stroll away. My husband and I were even able to get away for a romantic dinner just the two of us. We are looking forward to returning soon. - Close proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping. Such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The grounds are very well kept and expansive, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to come back!
