  Prachtig huis met grote tuin er omheen, gastvrouw en -heer zijn zeer aardig en behulpzaam, verschillende kamers maar de 2 die wij hadden waren erg gezellig en modern/romantisch ingericht. Prima bedden, lekkere douche en ontbijt (veelal Engels) en elke dag zelf gemaakte koekjes. Goede thee en koffie de hele dag beschikbaar. Gratis video te huren ui... wat mensen zeggen » t collectie van de eigenaren. Indien naar Cape Cod gaan we zeker terug! - Fantastic ! The hotel was clean, beautiful and the hosts were just wonderful! The bed was so comfortable.. The bath updated and so many little touches.. Coffee stations with half&half!! Fresh baked cookies.. Love it..Breakfast was delightful! Great restaurant right next door.. Walk to lovely lake.. Just the most perfect weekend! Highly recommend it and we will be back! - The location was great for touring the Cape. The Inn was hospitality personified. Such a lovely house with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The breakfasts were really sensational - all home cooked and very different. Coffee/Tea making facilities outside our room and an extensive Library to borrow from on rainy days. Just a lovely relaxing holiday.

  Thorncroft Inn is a gracious, cozy, and quiet getaway inn. It's location in wooded acreage is in sidewalk-walking distance to shops, restaurants and docks of Vineyard Haven. We enjoyed a detailed written tour guide of the island composed and provided by the innkeeper, Karl. Loved "The Black Dog Tavern" for good food on the harbor. Lovely (2) day ... wat mensen zeggen » stay. Would go back anytime. Linda & John, Pottstown, PA - We absolutely enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Thorncroft Inn. It was quite a peaceful and relaxing experience. I am personally very picky about hotels /inns to the point I usually bring sheets and towels. To my surprise, I felt so comfortable with the feeling of cleanliness that I did not have to use them. The service was exceptional. Kudos to Lynn and Carl!

  This property is excellent. It consists of all suites which is perfect for couples or families. The building is beautiful itself and has great views from the rooms. The room has a very nice layout with very nice furnishing which consists of a pull out couch and a very comfortable bed. The towels are plush and soft. There is a television in the... wat mensen zeggen » living area and the bedroom. I felt very comfortable and wished I had booked more days. The location is just steps from Fanueill and Quincy Halls. - Great Location and wonderful for longer term (more than a couple of days) stay. Roomy spacious, lots to do close by. Unique location (Historical building) It would be very helpful if the staff provided a map of the area, some local restaurants, and places like convenience stores and drugstores near by. Since the place is really designed for long-term stay, these sorts of things are important.
