  The renovation was A+, Im a designer so Im sensitive to design and layout and flow. It was grand but the price point wasn't, that rarely happens. We had a matvelous breakfast outside on the terrace we did not have dinner I would next time. We will def return. It was quiet also a plus it felt like a very samle very well run hotel.   Excellent location for Boston and Cambridge, easy short commute to both using the T, which stops 50 metres away. All of MIT campus in close walking distance. Price compares very favourably with higher end hotels. Room spacious and very clean, beds high quality and comfortable, lots of pillows/blankets. Did not make use of the glass roof terrace, but did have a peek - looked very clean and co - The Kendall has a welcoming and helpful staff. They loaned us an umbrella when it was raining/sleeting which we truly appreciated. Our room was handicap accessible and the bathroom/room were very clean and spacious. This hotel has a cozy, warm, Americana style decor with some very nice pieces of furniture and decorations that add to the charm. Breakfast was hearty and very good. We stayed two nights separated by a couple of days and had a lovely welcome back basket of goodies in our room when w
