  This hotel is amazing and we wouldn't hesitate staying here again.The rooms are big and the beds are extremely comfortable.We didn't see,or have problems with, any homeless people outside the hotel,not even when we came back late one night.There are however a lot in Union Square during the day who can be quite aggressive.The Serrano is in a perfec... wat mensen zeggen » t location and it's easy to get to most places.The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you.We ate in Jaspers a few times.It is expensive but the - 1) Our Room - 1508 2) The Gorgeous Italianate Lobby- a Great Place to Be and I think you are monopolizing on it well 3) Happy Hour in the lobby - not just for the free wine but opportunity to socialize with other travellers and business folks, 3) Morning Coffee/Tea available in the Lobby 4) Prior to arrival - excellent assistance and advice from staff over email (Gabriela) 5) Arrrival and Stay - excellent assistance and very very pleasant helpful staff who were a joy to cha

  ligging was prima, behulpzaam personeel, ontbijt was sober, maar beter dan we hadden gedacht (gelezen vanaf de web site), goed bed, rustige kamer (achterzijde hotel) - Uitstekend gelegen, vriendelijk personeel, zeer ruime kamer (positief gezien overnachting met drie volwassenen!), ontbijt was zeker OK

  The personalized service was amazing. Upon our arrival, we wrote it was our first time to the city. The concierge hand wrote a welcome card and included a map with highlighted areas we must see WITH a detailed (again handwritten) explanation of each place corresponding to color print outs of the sites. INCREDIBLE!!! Also, the room was quite spa... wat mensen zeggen » cious and loved all the windows. - The room was spacious and the hotel restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and the hotel was well located.

  For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others. Rick Brown - Staff were very friendly... wat mensen zeggen » and most helpful. The room was comfortable, the decor was interesting and bonuses for me were free internet and plenty of electrical outlets. It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.
