The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly".

Spacious room with balcony overlooking river. Clean ,comfortable and
very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were
exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service
to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and
an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and
sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

First and foremost is the staff. Professional, friendly, helpful,

We liked the breakfast in the morning.We love the warm cookies & coffee in the afternoons.How close we were to the baseball stadium and how the shuttle would drop you off and pick you up after the games.The hotel and our room were always clean and neat.The staff was so helpful to find us restaurants and shopping.We are already thinking and planing another trip for next spring season and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.See ya next spring....

I liked that this hotel was so conveniently close to the clinic where I
had a doctor's appointment the next day. Thanks to letsbookhotel.com we
got this room at 50% off which is a big deal considering its in an area
where rates are typically $100 and up. Very clean and comfortable room

We enjoyed our experience at the Holiday Inn Express. The desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean and quite nice for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and stay there again.

We arrived around noon and were immediately greeted by Ray at the front desk. Very nice, very helpful and he got us right into our room. Robin on overnight was great too! We wanted to come up from the Valley to play in the snow. Found Kohl's Ranch online and booked it. Always nervous about booking some place you really no nothing about other than the reviews, we were so excited when we pulled up and when we got to our suite. Loved the location, the room, the Resort grounds, the staff, the SNOW. Calendar had several great activities. Staying just one evening didn't allows us to take advantage of them this trip, but there will be a next time.
